      #paleo Breakfast Egg Muffins: 1 Tablespoon olive oil; 1 large sweet onion, finely chopped; 1 green pepper, finely chopped; 1 red bell pepper, finely chopped; 1 jalapeño pepper, finely chopped; 12 large eggs, whisked, ½ teaspoon black pepper; ¼ teaspoon sea salt

    • Breakfast Casserole

      1 pound breakfast sausage
      1 large sweet potato or 2 medium to small, diced

      2-3 cups fresh baby spinach, chopped

      1 green onion, diced

      10-12 large eggs

      sea salt and fresh ground pepper to taste
    • Italian Frittata Recipe

        1 Tablespoon olive oil

      1 large sweet onion finely chopped

      1 green pepper, finely chopped

      1 red bell pepper, finely chopped
