Super Spartan January 26th 2013

So I am officially signed up for my first Spartan Race on Jan 26th.

I am so excited to train and compete in it. I really want this to be my new workout avenue!

Here is this weeks Workouts:
Monday: 
Off

Tuesday:
Threshold Run 40 Minutes:
Warm Up 10 Minutes, 1 minute race pace, 1 minute jog, 5 minutes race pace, 4 minutes jog, 5 minutes race pace, 1 minute off, 1 minute race pace, 10 minutes cool down

Wednesday:
Circuit Training 35 Minutes
crossfit style workout
30 Minute Run 

Thursday: 
Tempo Run
18 minutes 8:30 pace
18 minutes 8:00 pace

Friday:
Alpha Warrior

Saturday:
Easy Run 60 minutes

Sunday:
Surf
Yoga
