Banana Protein Treat
Ingredients
1/2 banana (smashed)
1/2 scoop protein powder
2 TBL whole wheat flour (or you can do a full scoop of protein powder)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup egg whites
*if you want it even more sweet add agave and/or cinnamon
Directions
Combine all ingredients, stir well
place in a pan and cook like a pancake
or if you want it fast you can microwave it for 2 minutes
